12. What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my appointment?
We have use of a large waterproof gazebo that can be used for working in rain or extreme sun. In case of bad weather, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment at a time that works best for you. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality service, and that includes working under optimal conditions.

Before your appointment, please remove any personal items from your vehicle. This allows us to focus on delivering the best possible cleaning and detailing results without any obstructions. We also request that child seats are removed and we do not accept responsibility if children seats need to be removed and reinstalled. Please double check all seats are installed correctly before use.
